Charly & Hanna founded Bailly Gallery in Geneva & in 2019 a new space on the prestigious Parisian street, 114 Rue Faubourg Saint-Honoré. Bailly Gallery focuses on modern & postwar with art pieces of the highest quality by some of the greatest masters such as Henri Matisse, Alexander Calder, Pablo Picasso, Sam Francis, Marc Chagall, among others. The gallery is engages in a broad spectrum of activities including the publication of catalogues, art advisory, loans to museums and foundations worldwide, as well as the participation in international art fairs such as TEFAF Maastricht, BRAFA, Art Genève, Design Miami/ Basel, and Masterpiece London.Design Miami/ Basel 2021 Exhibition/
Through its participation in Miami Design Basel, Bailly Gallery pays tribute to the extraordinary relationship between art and craftmanship. Anchored by a selection of works by great masters of the 20th century, Les Lalanne, Pablo Picasso as well as Alberto and Diego Giacometti. In the exhibition the thin border between fine and applied arts is disrupted. The conceptual basis is entangled between experimentation in terms of material, and unbridled creativity, and the presented masterpieces overthrow the conventional polarities of art and design.
