What is DMBX?

DMBX is Design Miami’s new, curated selection of design objects under $2,500. DMBX was created to further expand our community of makers and design lovers. The new shop available at designmiami.com features one of a kind, limited edition, and small batch works by coveted and emerging designers from around the world, all at an accessible price point.

How do I track my order?

Once your DMBX purchase is confirmed, the Design Miami/ client services team will follow up with shipping details and tracking information as soon as it is available. Once your order is in transit, you will be notified automatically that it is on the way.

 

Is my shipment insured?

Yes, every shipment is insured for the retail value of the item.

 

How can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours from the purchase confirmation.

 

How do I report a problem or any damages to my order?

Please email clientservices@designmiami.com to report a problem with your purchase. Please include a description of the problem, as well as accompanying imagery and information that would allow us to fully understand the issue with your order.

How do I request a return or refund?

DMBX matches the seller return policies. To understand the return policy for a given purchase, please review the object listing for specific information. If the seller accepts returns and you are within the guidelines the seller has put forward, please email clientservices@designmiami.com to initiate the return process. Please include in the subject line of your email your order number and that you are requesting a ‘Return’. Please include a description of the problem, as well as images or any information that would allow us to fully understand your cause for return. The Design Miami/ client services team will aim to respond to your email within 24 hours.

Who do I contact if I did not receive my order?

Shipping delays are still being encountered worldwide at this time, so we recommend tracking outstanding orders to get an update on delivery status. If you think your delivery may have been lost in transit, please email clientservices@designmiami.com or call (305) 351-2956.
