Carolyn Pastel
Carolyn Pastel of Pastel Advisory is an independent advisor and appraiser specializing in 20th- and 21st-century decorative arts and design. She has over 15 years of experience in the international art market, most recently at Christie's as Vice President, Head of Sales for 20th Century Design. Working directly with curators, interior designers, and collectors, she has placed works in important private and museum collections. Carolyn graduated cum laude from Amherst College and studied Arts Administration at NYU. She is a Certified Member of the Appraisers Association of American (AAA) and USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) compliant. You can find her on Instagram @pasteladvisory.
