Unique Work | Signed by the Artist Made to Order | Lead Time: 8 months
This table was created in collaboration with Les Ateliers Courbet and Studio OeO. Third generation master-woodcrafter and artist, Shuji Nakagawa Mokkougei carries-on the finest tradition of woodcrafting from the region of Kyoto where time-honored techniques are passed on from father to son.
While he continues to work closely with his father, Kiyotsugu Nakagawa in the family's workshop in Kyoto, Shuji Nakagawa has built a name for himself and gained the recognition of an international collector base from his own studio in the mountains of Shiga where he creates Museum exhibited pieces.
