Solstizio da Mar is a One-of-a-Kind light chandelier, made in hand-blown orange-blue glass with gold leaf by Master Silvano Signoretto, Murano 2010. The chandelier owns six arms, featuring halogen lighting inside every single arm. It is inspired by tropical flowers, as the artist often draws inspiration from the floral or animal world. Rosin is the first artist in Italy who, in the early 90s, tackled the theme of the traditional Venetian chandelier and reworked it, with a very personal New-Pop style. From these first lighting sculptures of her, a movement will be created in Murano to actualize the traditional chandelier.
