Joyce Lin creates furniture and sculptural objects that deconstruct material, form, and the ever-shifting relationship between humans and their environment. Lin's cross-disciplinary interests led her to earn BAs in Furniture Design and Geology-Biology. The result is work like "Skinned" Table, in which Lin describes as "a process of discovery and reconfiguration, peeing apart surface layers to piece together the history of how decade old objects were made and used."
