This Jacaranda and aluminum sideboard was created by Jorge Zalszupin in the 1960s. The design is referenced in Brazil Modern published by Monacelli Press in 2016. The price excludes taxes, shipping, and crating.
Born in Poland, Zalszupin immigrated to Brazil in 1949. Following his training in architecture, he designed residences for São Paulo elites. In 1959, he founded L’Atelier, a company that produced furniture for both office and residential use. Influenced by Oscar Niemeyer, Zalszupin's work is a benchmark of Brazilian modernist design.
