Agustina Bottoni designed her Calici Milanesi glassware trio in 2018. Inspired by 1930s architecture—in particular the lavish Villa Necchi in Milan—these geometric glasses elevate every drink. Each piece is handcrafted in Italy by master glassblowers using borosilicate glass and features a delicate grooved detail. The cocktail glasses from this collection measure 4.7 x 4.7 cm. This design is an open edition.
Born in Argentina, Bottoni lives and works in Milan. She develops a quite diverse range of projects, from products, furniture, and textiles to installations and window displays, driven by evocative yet refined concepts and the emotional value of design.
Bottoni’s practice is divided between self-initiated experimentations and commissions from international brands and galleries—often working in collaboration with Italian artisans. Her works have been exhibited at international venues, such as the Triennale di Milano, London Design Fair, Salone del Mobile, and Maison et Objet. She is co-founder of the design collective The Ladies’ Room.
